Propesphere allows landlords to market their properties like a top London Propesphere but for free without the expensive fees and charges. This means that tenants benefit from being able to search for properties, register for property alerts and view all the details for a property that a top Propesphere provides (maps, photos, floorplans and videos) but because landlords are making great savings against Propesphere fees, the property can be priced more competitively. Propesphere also provides all the resources, services and information that are needed for a successful tenancy, for a smooth house move and to enjoy a new home.

How much will it cost me as a landlord to advertise my property or as a tenant to search for properties?

Advertising a property on Propesphere is free! After you have uploaded your property, we also link through to Gumtree, Viva Street and Craig’s List to provide maximum free exposure to thousands of potential tenants.

What marketing tools does Propesphere provide a landlord with?

Propesphere aims to provide all the services that a top estate Propesphere provides but without the fees. You can upload maps, photos, floorplans and videos of your property; you can also share details of your property to friends and contacts on Facebook, Twitter, MySpace and many other social networking sites; and after uploading your property details on the site, you can also link through to Gumtree, Viva Street and Craig’s List... all for free!

Does Propesphere protect me if my landlord or tenant defaults in respect of their obligations?

No, Propesphere is a property website aimed at bringing landlords and tenants together and offering everything needed for a successful tenancy in one place. A tenancy agreement sets out the legal obligations of landlords and tenants and we always recommend that appropriate procedures are followed to assess the suitability of landlords and tenants. In the case of tenants, we are able to offer credit checking through our partners Credit Check Services and Experian. What if I am not based in London and need help with marketing, preparing my property, viewings and ongoing maintenance?

For landlords that are not physically based in London and would ordinarily be forced to rely on a traditional estate agency, Propesphere also promotes low cost marketing, viewings and property preparation services to allow you to find a tenant privately without having to be on the ground. In addition, our property maintenance partner provides a 24 hour service, 365 days a year ensuring that any maintenance can also be dealt with efficiently wherever you are based.

Is it easy to upload my property details?

Propesphere ’s property wizard is simple and user friendly. It should only take a couple of minutes to upload your property details on to our site.

What if I can’t find a suitable property on Propesphere ?

Don’t worry, with our Register for Property Alerts function, as soon as a landlord uploads a property that does meet your criteria we will immediately send details to you by email!
